I love antique designs. I find them more interesting that a lot of designs made these days. Recently, there has been a surge of antique clones. This box is one of them.
My brother in-law has tons of antique lookalike furnitures in his home and they add that extra touch of beauty to it. I like it there, because there's always something to photograph.
My choice of design for my home in the future, will be a combination of modern morph design & a touch of antique.
Lovely photo M! This is with your new camera undoubtedly?
ReplyDeleteI find it's so much fun to go to someones home and find the photo opportunities. I do this everywhere I go, the other day in our office at the university I asked if I could take some shots, they said yes but looked at me rather oddly! I told our main receptionist about my P365 and she was genuinely interested. I never used the photos but now I know that I can go back another day and take a few more shots if I choose to, I'll just tell them that they didn't turn out as well as I hoped they would! ;-)
Have a wonderful day. Take care and happy shooting!
@Darlene:
ReplyDeleteIf I boasted that it was taken with my new camera, then I'll be lying. It's was taken with a new camera, but not the one I'm using right now.
I took this photo on March 9, 2010 with a Nikon D90 camera I was using back then. I've been sick with a tooth abscess since Thursday and one part of my face is swollen. It's started to get better this afternoon and I hope I'll be able to go out and try my new toy soon.
You'll surely see some photos in the coming days.
